Tips for Preparing Camera-Ready Originals
"Camera-ready" originals produced by University clients may be reproduced
at one of Communication and Creative Service's FastPrint copy centers or at our
Printing Services on the Remington campus.
For jobs to be printed on one of our offset presses at Printing Services, the following
guidelines are recommended:
- Camera-ready original should be submitted on clean, white paper, free of extraneous
markings, and output at a minimum of 600 dpi in black/grayscale only (no color output).
- Different ink colors that touch must be printed out on separate overlays.
- University logos must be used according to Colorado State University Graphic Standards.

- Changes to client-produced originals must be provided by the client as revised originals.
