FTP Information
Transferring Files Using Communications and Creative Service's FTP Service
To access Communications and Creative Service's FTP server, users will need the
following general information:
Host name/server name: ftp.ucm.colostate.edu
Port: 21
Username and Password: Please call your FastPrint operator or contact your
Communications Coordinator
to get these.
Transfer Mode: binary
This logon will allow the user to do everything except delete files. The server
also will accept anonymous logons, but anonymous users will only be allowed to download
files.
Only Communications and Creative Services personnel may delete files; files will
automatically be deleted after 30 days. Please notify your contact person at Communications
and Creative Services when you have completed your transfers or if you need further
information or assistance.
